Comfort Keep was founded by a collective of master tradesmen who recognized that modern homeownership required more than just reactive repairs. The team is led by CEO Dylan Damore who is a licensed master inspector with personal experience in over 150,000 home inspections and led 2 of the largest inspection companies! Comfort Keep was built on the unparallel knowledge of what a home needs to keep it running smoothly. We saw families struggling to maintain the complex systems of their homes, often waiting for something to break before seeking help. Drawing on decades of technical expertise, we pivoted our mission to become proactive home curators.

Our monthly visits include critical safety checks, HVAC filter swaps, smart device adjustments, preventative repairs, and a whole lot more! Basically if something is attached to your home, we service it. PLUS we offer additional services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, house cleaning, pressure washing, and many other services. Our goal is to give you peace of mind and reliability you can trust.

Why do I need a Baseline Assessment first?

Think of it as your home's physical. Our master tradesmen map every system to establish a health standard, ensuring we know every detail of your home before regular care begins. This also includes an initial replacement of everything. 10 light bulbs burnt out? Air filter hasn't been changed in months? It's all covere on the initial assessment. 

How do I schedule my maintenance visits?

We work with you to find a recurring monthly day that fits your lifestyle. We work with YOUR schedule. After all, we are all about convenience to our valued clients. You will always know where your technician is with email and text updates, live tracking of your technician, and of course, their direct phone number. Your technician will always be the same person so feel free to make a friend!

Is your pricing truly transparent with no hidden fees?

Absolutely. Your plan includes all labor for monthly visits and 24/7 priority support with zero service fees. Unlike warranty companies, they charge a fee every time they come out...We don't. What you see is what you pay. 

Which service areas do you currently cover?

Comfort Keep is proud to be locally owned and operated. We service the ENTIRE State of Florida. Your technician should always be the same person so you will get to know them.
